Waiting List *

I understand that if my teen is not a registered member of OLPS youth group he/she will be put on the waiting list until he/she is registered.

Limited Availibility *

I understand there are a limited number of spots available for camp, this registration does not guarantee my teen a spot into camp

Deposit Dropoff *

I understand I have 48 hours to drop off the deposit once my teen has been admitted into camp.

Deposits are Non-Refundable *

I understand that my deposit of $150 is non-refundable

Service Fee *

I understand if I do not pay camp tuition in full (with a check), I have a one time, non-refundable, $25 service fee added to my deposit.

Camp Tuition *

I understand that 50% of all camp tuition (not including the deposit and installment service fee) paid are non-refundable after May 1st.

Camp Tuition is Non-Refundable *

I understand that all camp tuition paid is non-refundable after June 1st
